Definition of Normal Heart Rate

The heart that is in the normal state and the rest, usually will beat regularly at the range of 60-100 beats per minute. The speed of the heart rate is usually determined by the speed of electrical signals originating from the pacemaker. when the heart is in a resting state, then the speed of electrical signals from the SA node will turn slowly, so the heart rate will also be slow. When a person is exercising or being in a state of excitement, the speed of electrical signals originating from the SA node will be faster so well so fast heart rate.


Tachycardia is the process of spending due to the rapid electrical signals by the SA node is called sinus tachycardia. Sinus tachycardia is usually a rapid contraction of the heart is normal in response to a condition or illness. Sinus tachycardia can cause palpitations.

The most common cause of sinus tachycardia include pain, fever, excessive thyroid hormone increased, blood oxygen levels are low, coffee and drugs such as cocaine and amphetamines. Under these conditions the sinus tachycardia is an answer that indicates the heart is under stress conditions, and this situation does not indicate the presence of other cardiovascular diseases such as heart muscle disease, heart valves and electrical conduction system abnormalities.

Symptoms of Arrhythmia

Arrhythmia is a pattern or signs of change that is faster than normal heartbeat. Even some patients who are totally unaware of the arrhythmia.
